Import Schwab CSV or JSON exports, or connect Schwab’s read-only API. Every lot is rebuilt and matched FIFO, LIFO or HIFO, round trips run flat to flat, and shares with unknown cost basis stay out of verified totals instead of being guessed.

Investi's job is to make your own record the source of truth.
- 02
Every number comes from an imported fill, a public price bar or an SEC filing. When data is missing, Investi says so instead of estimating, and an unknown cost basis or earnings date stays unknown.
- 03
Rules are versioned. Change a threshold and every past verdict keeps the rules that produced it, so you can always see why a call was made.
- 04
Investi watches and explains. It never places an order.
Security
Investi is read-only by design: it can see your Schwab account and has no path to place, change or cancel an order.
Schwab sync uses Schwab’s own OAuth, so your brokerage password never touches Investi.
Brokerage tokens are encrypted at rest. Personal access tokens are stored only as a hash and shown once. Claude and API scopes are explicit, none of them can trade, and every Claude call is audited.
Filing text and other third-party content is treated as untrusted data. AI features explain the verdict your rules produced; they never compute it and never act on it.

FAQ
What is Investi?
A read-only research workspace for your own trades: your Schwab history as ledger-true P/L, a 52-week-low screener on rules you version, and one research report you can read on the web, in Claude or beside schwab.com.
Can Investi place trades?
No. There is no order entry anywhere in Investi: not on the web, in the desktop app, in the extension or through Claude. Hypothetical trades are simulations and are labeled that way.
Is the data real-time?
No. Quotes come from the public nasdaq.com feed and run about 15 minutes behind the exchange. Filings and financial statements come from SEC EDGAR.
Is this investment advice?
No. Verdicts apply rules you control to public data. The decisions stay yours.
